Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the same condition that you received it, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions including the return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Curawholesale@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Items not in their original condition and packaging
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return your eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.
This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Where a return is made under the cooling-off period, items must still be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Curawholesale@outlook.com.
