CURA Aesthetics is not liable for damage caused by improper use
4. Aftercare Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
Following correct aftercare is essential for safe results
This includes (but is not limited to):
Wearing SPF daily
Avoiding sun exposure
Following all provided aftercare instructions
Failure to follow aftercare advice releases CURA Aesthetics from any responsibility for:
Complications
Pigmentation issues
Infection
Poor or reduced results
5. Risk of Infection & Complications
You understand that aesthetic treatments and skincare procedures carry inherent risks, including:
Infection
Irritation
Inflammation
Breakouts
You agree that CURA Aesthetics is not liable for complications arising from:
Improper hygiene
Incorrect aftercare
External contamination
6. Allergic Reactions
You must review all ingredients before use
If you have known sensitivities or allergies, do not use the product
A patch test is strongly recommended
CURA Aesthetics is not responsible for allergic reactions where:
Ingredients were not reviewed
Patch testing was not carried out
7. Treatment Expectations
A course of 3 treatments is recommended for optimal results
Results are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:
Skin type
Lifestyle
Aftercare compliance

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Irish and EU law:

Indirect or consequential loss
Skin reactions, injury, or dissatisfaction
Liability (if applicable) is limited to the value of the product purchased
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. No Defamation / False Claims
You agree that:
You will not make or publish false, misleading, or defamatory statements about CURA Aesthetics or its products
Any concerns must first be raised directly with us to allow resolution
CURA Aesthetics reserves the right to take action in response to:
False allegations
Misrepresentation
Damage to brand reputation
11. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge that:
Skincare and aesthetic results are not guaranteed
Individual outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control. Products should be used 4 weeks apart.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CURA Aesthetics against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
Misuse of products
Failure to follow instructions
Providing inaccurate medical information
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
