CURA provides advanced bio-cell skin renewal solutions, utilising freshwater marine-derived spicules and cosmetic bio-actives designed to support natural skin rejuvenation.

To use our Services, you must:

3. Product Nature & Classification

CURA products are:

  • Free from needles or mechanical microneedling devices

All CURA products are classified as cosmetics under the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. They are not medical devices and are not intended to perform medical or clinical functions.

4. Intended Use (Home & Professional)

CURA offers home-use products for personal skincare routines and professional-use products intended for trained practitioners. By purchasing, you agree:

  • To use products strictly in accordance with instructions
  • Not to misuse, overuse, or alter application methods
  • Not to use professional products without appropriate training or knowledge

CURA reserves the right to restrict access to professional products where necessary.

5. Cosmetic Disclaimer & Skin Response

CURA products are cosmetic in nature and do not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions, nor replace dermatological or clinical procedures. Results vary depending on individual skin type, condition, and usage. Users may experience temporary effects including:

  • Tingling or prickling sensation
  • Redness or mild inflammation
  • Skin sensitivity or dryness

You agree to perform a patch test prior to use, not to use on broken or compromised skin, and to seek professional advice where appropriate.

6. Contraindications

CURA products should not be used on:

  • Active skin infections or open wounds
  • Inflamed acne or rosacea-prone skin
  • Hypersensitive or compromised skin barriers
  • Skin recently treated with invasive or resurfacing procedures

If you are unsure, consult a qualified professional before use.

7. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing or listing errors

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated, include VAT where applicable (EU customers), and exclude shipping and import charges unless specified. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
